3. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in advance. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods. Payment must be completed before any service begins or any item ships.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Structured Planning Services

Requests for a refund must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. If any portion of the service has commenced or materials have been delivered, a refund will not be provided. Instead, you may arrange to transfer your session to another date or participant, subject to availability.

4.2 Infoproduct

Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed the digital materials. After this period, no refunds will be granted.

4.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Alternatively, you may exchange items subject to stock availability.

5. Transfers and Cancellations

You may cancel or request a service transfer up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. Requests made less than 48 hours before the service date are not eligible for cancellation or transfer.

6. Limitation of Liability

PlansOneFit is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the total amount you have paid for the relevant service or item.
